Although boiled vegetables or food may seems to be much healthier than frying them, but boiling does leech out most nutrients in the vegetables. The water that you use to boil may end up better than the cooked vegetable! The vegetable that you boiled are also much tasteless than frying or steaming them.

To optimise the nutrients in the boiled water with vegetables, you can use the water for other cooking purposes. However some food is better when boiled such as the mustard greens, turnip tops, collards, kale or vegetables with strong taste.

P———- is her name,

Her parents had lovingly chosen,

She’s the best friend I ever have,

Since we were 7 years old!

Her hair is brown and curl,

Her eyelashes are long and swirled,

Her heart is like an angel,

Oh, what a pretty, lovely girl.

Today is a special day,

The day that filled us with warmth,

I wished my friend a happy birthday,

I wished my friend is blessed & happy always!

Eel has very high nutritional value and consist of vitamin A, B1,B2, D, E, DHA and EPA! This means eating eel is good for your eyes, skin, immune system as it contains Vitamin A retinol.

Eel also helps to produce energy from glucose and reduce tiredness from the Vitamin B1. Vitamin B2 is known to be exellent for skin and Vitamin D helps with calcium absorption while Vitamin E is a great antioxidant.

Some day, I’ll feel so productive, I’ll swith off the MSN and do a lot of work, non stop and feel real good about myself. But on the other days, I just feel sluggish and wish I am at home and chat nonstop, feel that the clock is not moving and bored.

I wondered what triggers the productivity? Is it hormone? Or is it the weather? Or is it has to do with the presence of my manager? Could it be my dressing of the day? Like on Wed, I felt like a pile of rubbish, I hardly do any work and even my trainee could sense it! Then she’ll asked me ‘what are you doing now’?

And I’ll start to create some un-existence work. But y’day, I was in a very good-employee-mood, so I switched off the MSN and work like I never work before~ It makes me feel so good but it’s hard to trigger it today~ :D

The task that I hate most in my current company is not to go out demo or to support.

The task that I hate most is to become ‘along’ and ask the customer to pay us!

I have this customer G–T—. (yes, u know who!)

The payment is overdue for 2 months! More than 20k. I have been ‘chasing’ them for two months.

When I asked the Purchase Dept, they asked me to asked Finance and so I did. Finance said user has not posted.

So, I chased user. User said it’s not her responsibilities, when I insists, she said other users have to approve it and delayed me for more than a week.

After that, she said she’s in training and asked me to ask IT ppl. So I did, and the nice IT-guy, explained to me a huge algorithm of payment in his company and finally said he couldn’t help me, and redirect me back to Purchasing.

All these while, my boss kept ‘chasing’ me as well for that payment. Now, my boss was quite angry with me. So, I asked Purchasing again y’day, and she actually sounded quite nice. She said she’s moving her office and very busy and told me the cheque is ready to be sign by Head of Finance who’s on leave at the moment!

So I can ask the Finance for the status. This morning, again, I called the Finance and she said, ‘Purchasing not yet sign the Invoice, we couldn’t proceed with it. Please ask them’.

I was speechless. Who’s lying to me now! I tried to call Purchasing and it’s engaged… Tell me, who’s the culprit here!
