Sweet potato is a wonderful snack for many people. It has orange, yellow or even purple flesh with yellow, orange, red or purple skin.

It is considered a super food as it is rich in powerful antioxidants, Vitamin A and Vitamin C, manganese, copper, Vitamin B6, potassium and iron. It also has plenty of fibre and good for the stomach ulcers. Apart from that, sweet potato may help to prevent cancers in glands and organs with epithelial tissue and great for diabetic’s patient.

It is best to steam your sweet potatoes to retain as much as vitamins in the vegetable! Enjoy the goodness of sweet potatoes!

Mandy work approached me last week to do eyebrow embroidery with her! Heck, I hardly take care of my eyebrows and the last thing I want is to have them embroidered with permanent colours and looking fake. Well, it is not so bad actually but then I just wasn’t as keen of it as I couldn’t care less about my eyebrow.

I remembered when I was very young, back in primary school, I saw a lady with embroidered eyebrows and I was surprised to see them (knowing nothing about it then). I actually pitied her as I thought she had no eyebrow at the first place!

And the last thing I ever noticed about other people when looking at their face is the eyebrow (but then again, I hardly am an observant person, so I seldom notice other non outstanding features as well!) And you can guess how messy my eyebrows can get sometimes! My theory is if I don’t notice your eyebrow, u don’t notice mine, rite? I guess that is not really the case as sometimes I got comment from people about my eyebrows! :(

Mandy already had her eyebrows embroidered last Sat, a little pain according to her and cost around 300 bucks. With that kind of money, I rather go shopping and get myself lovely berghaus jackets and some shoes!

After the embroidery, her eyebrow is kind of dark at the moment but the color will fade with time and become more natural. It will last for around 2 to 3 years I guess.

Me? Thanks, but again, no thanks~ ^.^

-        Decrease rate of acute diarrhoea and rotavirus shedding
-        Improve lactose intolerance
