I have never tried an avocado before although I have used avocado facial cleanser. But I have heard that it is very beneficial to our health with a lot of nutritious.Today as was grocery shopping, I saw avocado on sale. I wanted to try it but I didn’t even know how to choose a good one! I simply pick one but I have yet to try it.
After googling, I found that it is indeed that avocado is packed with benefit such as :
Vitamin E -Antioxidant that protects body tissue from the damage of oxidation; also important in the formation of red blood cells.
Magnesium - Plays a role in the production of energy and is important in muscle contraction and relaxation. Avocados contain more magnesium ounce per ounce than any of the most commonly consumed fruit.
Dietary Fibre - Can lower bad cholesterol and reduce the risk of heart attack. Ounce per ounce, avocados have the highest fibre content of any fruit.
Monounsaturated Fat -The fat in avocados is mostly “good” fat - the same type found in olive oil, which studies have shown lowers blood cholesterol.
