Potatoes are one of the best value produce that you can find in the market. It is very nutritional if you baked or boiled it and not fattening as many people thought so. However be prepared to gain weight with fry or deep fry potatoes!
So what is the benefit or goodness of eating potatoes? It contains chemical that can help to lower blood pressure and cholesterol levels! It is also a rich source of Vitamin C, Vitamin B6, Iron, Copper and Potassium as well as antioxidants!
A 100 gram of boiled potatoes only have 66 calories of energy and it is easily digested and can even be given to infant. Believe it or not, potato can also be used in beauty care and face mask for dry skin. And lastly the water used to boil potatoes can be used to clean silver and furniture!

100 of million peoples are harmed with the dengue fever and more than 20000 people are killed yearly but there so far there is no cure for dengue fever.
It could be a quite dangerous fever and could lead to death if the patient is not taken care of and his condition is not monitored.
Recently the Australian researchers have make a breakthrough that limit the lifespan of the Aedes aegypti mosquitoes. As only older mosquitoes can spread transmit the disease to humans, now the spread can be curbed.
Hopefully the research will be a success and let’s eliminate dengue for once and all!

When Western Digital decided to shut down the plant in Sarawak, the government has appealed that they transferred some of the employees to other branches. It would be a hard time for them finding another job.
However, about 119 support school staffs in Kuala Terengganu lost their job without a second thought. The Education Ministry decided to privatise the cleaning and security services in school and thus not extending the contracts of those staffs.
Many of them are the breadwinners of their family and have school-going children. Aren’t both situations quite similar but with different ‘employers’?

Have you forgotten to buckle up your seatbelt? Well, the JPJ has started to enforce the new law of rear seat belt yesterday and up to 242 summonses have been issued!
As predicted, many have forgotten to buckle up and it will cost them RM300 for not buckling up!
Starting from July 1, the penalty is fine up to RM2000, jailed for up to a year or both of them! Johor has the highest offenders at 95 while Penang only has six offenders.
Well, remember to buckle up now!
