I love all types of nuts, be it cashew nuts or my favourite almond. Recently I bought a small container of roasted cashew nuts but I am not sure if they are good for me. Are they too heaty for my body or is roasted cashew nut not as good?

After some googling, here is what I found about the benefit of cashew nut. The shell of the cashew nut contains irritating poison coz the casher tree is related to poison ivy. But roasting the cashew nuts removed all poison from the nuts! Excellent!

Cashew nuts contain vitamin B, Vitamin B, Thiamine, Riboflavin, Niacin , Calcium, Phosphorus, Fat, Carbohydrates and Protein. It is beneficial for body building, emaciation, problems with teeth and gums and lack of vitality.

I am crazy over nuts!

People with more melanin are prone to get tan easier than those who don’t. Besides tanning, sun can also increase aging and cause cancer!

So, here are some sun protection tips :

- Wear long clothing, long pants and sleeves whenever possible.

- Slop on sunscreen on your face and arms and legs which are exposed to the sun.

- Wear hats whenever you are outdoor.

- Else hide under the shades, like under tree or the bridge or buildings.

- Wear sunglasses to protect the vulnerable eyes!

- Tint your car and house window

- Do not go out between 12 am to 3pm when sun is at the most glaring, or use an umbrella.
